All new and returning vendors should contact us in January each year to express interest in a new or updated contract for the current year.
Food Vendors are set up in the gravel lot behind the bleachers and/or on Main Street - as assigned by the Castalia Cold Creek Celebration Vendor Coordinator.

Friday 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Set up:
Friday 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Ohio Health Regulations require all food vendors to have a valid food vendor license acceptable in the state of Ohio. Please contact the Erie County Health Department for more info at 419-626-5623.
You are expected to keep the area around your booth, tent, trailer or other display clean and tidy at all times. You are also expected to have your area clean before leaving Sunday.
Payment may be made via check or money order (by US Mail or In Person) or electronically via Venmo. Make checks / money orders payable to Castalia Cold Creek Celebration. All fees MUST be paid PRIOR TO setting up your unit.
Food Vendors - You are required to provide your own 100’ 50-amp electrical cord.

Each Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, extra, light and anything else needed.
The Cold Creek Celebration will NOT be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances.
RETURNING VENDORS SHOULD HAVE CONTRACTS TURNED IN BY APRIL 1st TO RESERVE THEIR SPOT.
New vendors will be contacted after April 1st. Interested parties should email a list of products and space requested to the committee.
